Founding Partners
Valerie Bonnin Dreyfus
Founding & Managing Partner
Valerie is a senior management consultant with 30 years’ experience advising global organisations on Facilities Management (FM) and Real Estate (RE) strategy, Target Operating Models and outsourcing and is delighted to act as Opalene Managing Partner.
Her experience spans the full lifecycle of transformation — from strategy and operating model design through procurement and supplier selection, to mobilisation, governance and ongoing contract optimisation. She specialises in working collaboratively with clients to develop rigorous, practical models and partnerships that deliver lasting value.
Valerie combines top level consultancy experience with senior leadership in a specialist SME business, including roles as a practice leader and Global Managing Director. This breadth of experience gives her a distinctive perspective: combining the rigour and scale of major consultancy with the agility, senior expertise and personal accountability of a specialist advisory firm.
Commercially focused and with a background in economics, Valerie is also a Vested® Coach and has a particular passion for relational contracting and collaborative commercial models. She believes the most successful outsourcing relationships are built around aligned objectives, transparency, trust and shared accountability — not simply contracts and processes.
Valerie is passionate about helping organisations create models that are commercially robust, operationally effective and built to work in practice — creating partnerships that deliver value well beyond the procurement process.
Outside of work Valerie loves travelling with her family and friends, discovering new countries, cuisines and cultures and engaging in outdoor activities. She also enjoys the performing arts with her daughter and sport with her son, taking great pleasure in supporting their passions and sharing in their experiences along the way.

Jon Morley is a Chartered Accountant who trained at Deloitte and a senior Real Estate and Facilities Management advisor with extensive experience designing, procuring and implementing complex global operating models and outsourced partnerships.
His experience spans the full lifecycle of transformation, from strategy and Target Operating Model design through procurement, commercial negotiation, mobilisation and implementation. He has personally led major global transformation and sourcing programmes and has previously co-led a Global Procurement practice, overseeing approximately 20–30 procurement programmes annually across a wide range of organisations and geographies.
Jon brings a strong analytical and commercial perspective to complex outsourcing challenges, with particular expertise in the design of commercial models, performance frameworks and contractual mechanisms. He combines detailed knowledge of the supplier market with practical experience of what makes partnerships work in practice, helping clients align supplier incentives with their objectives and drive sustainable long-term performance.
Jon also specialises in Real Estate and FM technology, data and AI. His experience includes technology strategy, systems architecture, data integration and analytics, as well as the practical application of AI within FM and Real Estate. He takes a technology-agnostic approach, helping clients identify where technology can create genuine value and ensuring digital strategies are effectively integrated with the wider operating model.
Away from work, Jon enjoys golf, padel and travelling - ideally combining at least two of the three. He has a particular weakness for good food, wine and overly ambitious golf trips. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
